Service Description

Krazimo CRM is an AI-powered lead management platform that helps businesses qualify and convert leads across messaging channels including Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and website chat.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring you have authorization to connect business accounts and messaging channels, complying with Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies, and ensuring your AI agent communications comply with applicable laws.

Channel Connections

When you connect Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp through our platform, you grant us permission to send and receive messages on behalf of your connected accounts. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the channel.

Data Usage

We process message data to provide AI-powered lead qualification and response generation. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost leads, missed messages, or AI response errors.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will disconnect your channels and you may request deletion of your data.
