We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization details) and data from messaging channels you connect (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp). This includes message content between your business and your leads, contact information of your leads, and channel access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our lead management and AI messaging services, send and receive messages through connected channels on your behalf, and analyze conversation data to provide AI-powered lead qualification.

Third-Party Services

We use Sinch (sinch.com) to process messages across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. We use Meta Platform APIs to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. We use AWS for hosting and data storage. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy.

Data Security

We store data in encrypted databases, use HTTPS for all communications, and limit access to authorized personnel. Channel tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@krazimo.com.
